Please note that if you are a merchandise vendor and will be serving food of any kind, including packaged food or drinks, you must download and complete both applications.
Be sure to download the correct application!
Please complete the application and return to Sherry Kelly, 2010 SpringFest Committee chair, via U.S. mail. Payment must be included with your application. The mailing address is included in your vendor packet that you downloaded above. You can contact Sherry via email at springfest@cox.net for general questions. Please do not send your completed application via email. Sherry can also be reached by phone at 619-583-5822.
